The National Cancer Institute is now funding fourteen prospective randomized trials to investigate carotene’s anticancer antioxidant potential in high-risk individuals. According to over thirty studies, people who eat foods rich in carotene have a lower chance of getting cancer.
Carotene has also been the most powerful antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and single oxygen radicals. It has also been proven to be one of the most significant immune system boosters and can reverse pre-cancer situations.
Carrots, sweet potatoes, yams, pumpkins, squash, kale, broccoli, and cantaloupe are among the vegetables available.
